   FREE GROUND SHIPPING

   Shopping with eComfortUSA.com is as easy as 1, 2, 3... No matter how small or big your order may be we do not charge for a standard ground shipping withing the continental US. In addition to FREE Shipping we do not believe that you should be charge a handling fee either. Most of our products are available to ship within two business days. If any delays should occur within the shipping time, you can count on eComofrtUSA to update you periodically on the status of your order. Fast shipping, accurate, damage-free delivery and a satisfied customer is what drives us to be better and faster next time around.

    As defined by the trucking industry, Home Delivery means "curbside delivery" in a residential area. You may need assistance to move the package indoors or you might unbox the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Some drivers will assist in getting a shipment into a garage or carport. Transit time varies between 2 and 5 days depending upon your location in the US. Please check the cartons when they are delivered. Should your item be damaged, carefully document it on the driver's Bill of Lading, refuse shipment and contact us immediately.


  Receiving Your Shipment

    We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.

    Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. You should have a utility knife on hand to help open the carton. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

    NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.


    READ THIS FIRST

    If your UPS shipment has arrived damaged, please accept the delivery and notify us at info@ecomfortusa.com.
    If your freight carrier shipment arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and notify us at info@ecomfortusa.com.

    We will accept any product returned within 30 days of purchase, provided you comply with the following guidelines:

  • Item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, etc.
  • You must use a shipper that can offer tracking of your item. Shipping insurance is recommended.
  • Your return must be adequately packaged and a copy of your return request form must be included inside your package.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please order the item you need and return the incorrect item for a refund.
  • There is no restocking charge on items returned within 30 days of purchase in new, saleable condition. No items can be returned 30 days after its original purchase.
  • ITEMS WITHOUT A PRINTED RETURN REQUEST WILL BE SENT BACK. If you agree to the above guidelines, click the button below to begin.
